Zitlin User Manual¶
Zitlin is property management software for hotels, guesthouses and serviced apartments — front desk, direct bookings, channel sync, restaurant billing and tax-compliant invoicing in one app.
This manual covers day-to-day operation. If you are setting Zitlin up for the first time, start with Getting started.

Rate plans, seasonal and weekday rates, and how they combine.
-

-

-

-
Restaurant
Tables, menu, kitchen tickets, and moving food onto a room bill.
-

Folios, invoices, tax handling and QR payments.
If you read nothing else¶
Three things cause most of the support tickets we see. All three are quick to get right at the start and painful to change later.
-
Set Prices include tax before entering any prices. It decides how every figure in Zitlin is read, and invoices already issued are not recalculated. See Property setup.
-
One category per kind of room, never per price. Weekend and seasonal rates are handled by Pricing, not by duplicating categories — duplicates split your availability and let you oversell.
-
Seasonal and weekday multipliers compound. A
1.50season on a1.50Saturday is 2.25× your base rate, not 2×. See When more than one applies.
Getting help¶
Open Contact Support from the main menu in the app, or email support@zitlin.com. The FAQ covers the common ones, and the glossary explains the terms used throughout this manual.
If something here is wrong or missing, tell us — this manual is maintained alongside the software.
